Lunch is Served!
An appreciation luncheon for the construction team who have worked so hard on Rumpke’s new 72,000 SF headquarters facility the last 14 months was held on the site last week. The lunch, catered by Jack’s Grill, was attended by approximately 150 subcontractors, representing 18 different trades, including:

Since August of 2017, just under 85,000 man hours have been completed on this project, all without a lost time incident.
According to Josh Yeary, Senior Project Manager, “This project has a lot of moving parts with on-site and off-site road work, relocation of multiple existing utilities and work at the neighboring Speedway gas station, all to coincide with the construction of Rumpke’s new headquarter office building. The building was structurally complex and also contains some non-standard MEP systems such as chilled beams and DLVP lighting controls. The entire construction team has worked very hard putting in long hours without sacrificing safety or quality, and this was just a small way to show appreciation for all they have done.”
