Miller-Valentine Remains Committed to Downtown Dayton

Miller-Valentine Group announced it has finalized plans for their Dayton headquarters.  The company will be the anchor tenant at the 409 Monument Building, located at 409 Monument Avenue, in downtown Dayton. Miller-Valentine will move its Dayton operation and 50 Associates into their new home in October 2019, after renovations are complete on the 2nd floor of the building.

According to Dave Dickerson, “We considered several office spaces throughout the Dayton area and its submarkets. This location was identified as the best suited for our Associates as well as our business goals.  We are committed to the revitalization of the Dayton area, and truly enjoy all the opportunities the downtown area has to offer.”

Other tenants in the building include Five Rivers Metro Parks, ADAMAS, Bridge Credit Union, Huntington Bank, Marsh and McLennan Agency.

Miller-Valentine’s former headquarters, The Barclay Building, will be converted into a boutique hotel by its new ownership group, Lawyers Developer of Columbus and First Hospitality of Chicago.
