Congratulations Adrienne Ruebusch and the entire WE Lead Class of 2019!
A Cincinnati Regional Chamber sponsored program, WE Lead is a 10-month executive leadership development experience for high-potential, goal oriented women who are actively preparing for the next level of their career. Participants are high achieving women who are being assigned increasing levels of responsibility within their organization and are on track for future advancement. Through a combination of professional development and executive coaching, WE Lead prepares, positions and empowers talented women to move into higher leadership roles at the senior level.
Q&A with Adrienne:
What was your greatest takeaway from this program?
Relationships. I feel so lucky that I had the opportunity to connect with so many great leaders in our city.
What portion of the program did you enjoy most?
The 2-day retreat at the beginning of the program was a great way to kick it off. I really enjoyed the opportunity to get to know people in an offsite setting.
What would you say to a friend considering participation in this program?
Do It! And commit to the process. Life gets busy. It’s easy to go to the sessions but not be fully present, worrying about work, checking emails, etc. If you can put your life on hold for 1 day a month you will get so much more out of the program. I made those days untouchable in my calendar.

My small group coach, Lauris Woolford. She was amazing, and always there when I needed her.
Final Thoughts?
This program really helped me grow both personally and professionally. It was a great forum for learning and connecting with women from a wide variety of industries.
