Miller-Valentine Group Announces Rebrand
Miller-Valentine Group is pleased to reveal a name change accompanied by a refreshed logo. Acknowledging the strong reputation associated with the original name and seeking to better reflect how the business has evolved, the company will now be known as Miller Valentine Construction and MV Investment.

The Miller-Valentine Group brand represented multiple, diverse business units. Over the last three years, the company spun off its affordable housing; commercial property management; and brokerage divisions to focus on construction and real estate development. The firm was founded as a construction company in 1963, growing from its Dayton headquarters to expand to offices in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio and Columbia and Charleston, South Carolina. Today, the company is a leader in the industries and regions it serves.
Miller Valentine Construction is focused on using collaboration and leveraging technology to reduce risk to owners by making construction projects safer, more efficient, and predictable. It is an expert in Lean IPD and design-build delivery methods, serving customers across the country creating projects that transform businesses and communities. MV Investment is focused on developing and providing investment opportunities in luxury multifamily communities and climate-controlled self-storage projects in the Midwest and the Southeastern United States.
The new brands are a culmination of a disciplined process designed to capture and articulate the core elements of the company and its culture which cannot be matched by others in the industry. This unique “fingerprint” comes to life through the messaging, a new visual identity – including a new logo, a completely reimagined website, and other elements such as videos and newly branded sales materials. Miller Valentine Construction and MV Investment collaborated with the team at Intrinzic, a local branding consultancy, to set the strategic direction and bring the new brands to life.
“The refreshed look clarifies who we are, reflects our values and culture, and more directly identifies what we do,” Mangan said. “Our team is excited to see it roll out across the markets we serve.”
