Miller Valentine Construction is pleased to join forces with the Cason Development Group to construct a 217,000 SF Warehouse, a substantial addition to the thriving Shop Grove Park development at 105 Sparkman Drive, Columbia, SC.
Cason Development Group is known for its impact on the Columbia market, primarily through retail and mixed-use redevelopment ventures. Recognizing the need for diversified expertise in industrial construction, the Cason Development Group has chosen Miller Valentine as its trusted partner.
While the site work will be managed and executed by the owner, Miller Valentine will oversee the construction of the building shell and its interior buildout. Final completion is scheduled for August 2024.
The Shop Grove Warehouse is an essential component of the broader Shop Grove Park, a vibrant hub of industrial endeavors. This project not only enhances the existing landscape but also opens doors to potential future growth.
In response to Cason Development’s need for a Built-to-Suit facility, this project represents the culmination of meticulous planning and adaptability to ever-evolving business dynamics. Multiple iterations and size considerations were evaluated before achieving the optimal solution.
The project’s design is under the client’s direct control, with valuable collaboration from our trusted partners: SEED Architecture, Arrowwood (Engineering), The Land Plan Group (Civil), and MOV Mechanical Engineering.
