This 190-unit development will be located on a six-acre site in Jeffersonville, Indiana. The four-story development will total 218,000 square feet, with unit sizes that range from 515 square feet to 1,185 square feet. Amenities will include a fitness center, a business center, and a pet spa. An outdoor courtyard in the center of the development will include a resort-style saltwater pool, fire pit, and grilling cabana. Adjacent upscale retail centers will provide The Jeff on 10th residents with easy access to dining, banking, grocery, healthcare, and other services.
The Jeff on 10th will be the community’s first fully enclosed, luxury development, and the timing could not be better. A recently completed interchange, a new vehicle bridge, and a new pedestrian bridge have put downtown Louisville just minutes away from Jeffersonville. In addition, the development is located near a 500,000 square foot Amazon fulfillment center and a technology and logistics park. As the community of 50,000 continues to grow, it will be able to offer an upscale housing option for professionals attracted to the city’s convenient location.
The project is expected to be complete in late fall of 2022.
