Construction is currently underway on Saica Group’s second U.S. plant—a cutting-edge corrugated manufacturing facility in Anderson, Indiana. As a leading European producer of recycled paper and corrugated packaging, Saica is actively expanding its footprint in the American market.
The nearly 338,000-square-foot facility is being built with future growth in mind and will produce more than 1.2 million square feet of corrugated packaging annually. It will house advanced manufacturing and converting lines, warehousing, office space, and direct rail access to streamline material delivery and reduce logistics costs. The plant will also serve as a backup facility for Saica Pack Hamilton.
The new operation is expected to create over 50 jobs within its first two years, growing to more than 100 as the facility reaches full capacity.
