Miller Valentine Construction, in partnership with Cohn Development, has completed the renovation of the historical Parker Auditorium, a century-old Hanover College landmark, into the new home of the Hanover College Center for Business and Entrepreneurship.

This 9,000-square-foot renovation carefully balances historic preservation with modern design. Closed for nearly a decade due to safety concerns, Parker Auditorium now serves as a vibrant hub for Hanover’s growing business and entrepreneurship program. The updated space features state-of-the-art technology, flexible furniture, and modern office and learning areas designed to equip students with essential business and technology skills.

Construction began in October 2024 with the demolition of outdated classrooms and storage spaces. In their place, the team created a collaborative, technology-rich environment that supports a full business and entrepreneurial experience for students. This project has not only restored an important campus landmark but also created a dynamic, forward-looking learning space for the next generation of business leaders.
