Miller-Valentine Commercial Construction was chosen to construct this new, 90,000 square foot higher education, multi-use facility to accommodate the college’s growing student population. This design/build project was designed with the owner’s curriculum, budget, and schedule in mind.  A single location is now provided for students, staff, and support services, in addition to:

• 250 seat auditorium
• Library
• Bookstore
• Computer labs
• 19 classrooms
• Class-room-of-the-future
• Exercise room
• Faculty offices
