- Three story metal building structure with nominal 4” reinforced slab on grade
- Interior storage walls have corrugated metal panels with industry-standard roll-up doors
- Roof system to have R-30 insulation installed to the underside of the standing seam roof panels
- Fire alarm system throughout
- Building is fully sprinklered
- Fully climate controlled
- Typical storefront for retail/office area at the property entrance with exterior glazing incorporated on all three floors
- Exterior elevations consist primarily of metal panels with minimal points of ingress/egress from the buildings for customer safety
