In July of 2018, Miller-Valentine broke ground on a 300,000 SF expansion of the FESTO North American Headquarters. This expansion will increase their production and storage capacity, nearly doubling their current footprint. In addition to the building improvements, significant site work was needed to relocate parking and detention on the 40-acre site. The project is dependent on a collaborative approach between the design team, owner, and contractor to meet the aggressive 17-month construction schedule. Miller-Valentine worked hand in hand with the architect through the design process to ensure the project budget and design vision remained in alignment every step of the way.
Building features include:
- 170,000 SF of manufacturing space
- Expanded office area and employee common space
- 30’ clear height ceilings
- 7 dock doors
- H2 Class explosion resistant containment area
