Greater Dayton Vascular Care

Greater Dayton Vascular Care is managed by Azura Vascular Care and is part of Fresenius Medical Care, the world’s largest leading provider of products and services for individuals with kidney disease.

In 2021, the client acquired adjacent tenant space to expand its office to 7,000 square feet.  Keeping the client up and running was essential. All work was completed at night with daily walkthroughs before the center opened to ensure everything was in order before patients arrived. A mobile wall system enabled our construction crews to uphold infection control standards while they worked.

Collaborating with our client and the architect, our team identified opportunities to reduce the number of project phases from four to two. The change compressed the project schedule and enabled Greater Dayton Vascular Care to remain operational throughout the duration of the project.
