Midland Office Center

In 2007, the Miller-Valentine Commercial Construction team constructed the Midland Office building addition which mirrored the existing 273,500 sq. ft. facility, also built by Miller-Valentine in 1995.

The 5-story, 225,000 sq. ft. addition to their existing 6-story building provides space for approximately 700 employees when fully utilized. Amenities of the building include card reader access to help maintain around the clock operations and cameras to monitor the grounds for employee safety.

Features of the new office building include:

• 1 freight and 4 passenger Otis Gen-2 elevators
• Large meeting room that seats 300
• 2.5 mega watt generator to help maintain operations in the event of a power outage
• Ice storage system to cool the building and minimize energy consumption
