Construction is complete on a new speculative industrial facility near the Dayton International Airport for Panattoni Development Company. Initial plans call for a 524,000-square-foot, tilt-up structure that has the capability to be expanded up to 1 million square feet.

The facility will serve the continued demand for distribution space in the fast-growing area around the Dayton airport. It will be the first in the Dayton region for Panattoni, which is one of the largest privately held, full-service real estate development companies in the world.

Due to supply chain issues, the Miller Valentine team took proactive, decisive steps to minimize the risk of potential delays caused by material shortages. The team expedited procurement for critical path materials and continually scrutinized the schedule to take advantage of the most cost-effective and direct path for construction.
