Project Sunshine

Project Sunshine is a $32 million, 640,640 square foot speculative industrial facility located in Groveport, Ohio.

The project was developed by CA Ventures in partnership with Stotan Industrial.  CA Ventures is a global real estate investment management company based in Chicago, Illinois.  Stotan is a private-equity-based industrial real estate acquisition and development firm that is headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois.

The companies spent nearly a year looking for the right location before landing on Groveport.  The industrial park offers convenient highway access and is central to both Rickenbacker Airport and John Glenn Columbus International Airport.  In addition, the City of Groveport is pro-business, pro-industrial, and pro-growth, creating a good partner for the firms.

The company chose Miller Valentine as their construction partner based on the strength of its portfolio and ability to build certainty for our clients.  With the market dynamics affecting the construction materials supply chain, working as a collaborative and transparent partnership was critical to the success of the project.
