Sandy Run II

This 517,000-square-foot tilt-up structure is Red Rock’s largest speculative distribution building and the second in the new Sandy Run Industrial Park. The building is expandable to 1,000,000 square feet. The Sandy Run Industrial Park is ±760 acres with complete utility infrastructure already in place. The building is a Class A cross-dock facility totaling 98 dock doors and 4 drive-in doors and provides convenient access to interstates I-26, I-20, I-77 and I-95. This project is intended to meet the market’s demand for large, speculative space. Red Rock’s goal was to have the building fully leased before the project was completed with the hope of continuing to develop the Sandy Run Industrial Park.

BUILDING FEATURES INCLUDE:

• 40’ clear height
• 8” slab on grade
• Approximately 1 million cubic yards of mass excavation
• 1000’ retaining wall averaging 25’ in height
