Miller Valentine Construction was pleased to join forces with Cason Development and Apian Investments to construct a 217,000 SF Warehouse, a substantial addition to the thriving Shop Grove Park development at 105 Sparkman Drive, Columbia, SC.

Cason Development is known for its impact on the Columbia market, primarily through retail and mixed-use redevelopment ventures. Recognizing the need for diversified expertise in industrial construction, Cason Development chose Miller Valentine as its trusted partner.

While the site work was managed and executed by the owner, Miller Valentine oversaw the construction of the building shell and its interior buildout.

• A 67,000 SF Suite to accommodate a pre-lease agreement, including a 1,200 SF Office Tenant Improvement build-out
