Thompson Hine

Due to rent issues with their existing space, it was critical for Thompson Hine to be moved into a new space as quickly as possible.  Miller-Valentine Commercial Construction worked with Thompson Hine to develop a GMP budget based on preliminary designs, worked with the Architects on providing the minimum amount of design information needed to submit for permits, and proposed a construction schedule that included working full Saturday shifts from the beginning to the end of the project.  This shortened the schedule by six (6) weeks and saved Thompson Hine two months of rent with holdover fees. From start to finish, 40,000 SF of high end legal tenant space was designed, built & moved into in just 21 weeks.

The new space includes:

  • 71 Private offices, 27 Open area offices
  • 5 Conference Rooms, 1 Board Room, 1  Multiflex room with a Skyfold partition
  • 3 large copy/file rooms
  • Library, Café, Catering Kitchen
  • High density file storage room
  • Wellness room
  • Hospitality pantry
  • Server room with separate cooling system
