Miller-Valentine Commercial Construction and Verst Group Logistics have worked well together through the years. Our fast track construction capabilities and services are a good match for the warehouse facilities that the company needs. In 1996, Miller-Valentine this 250,000 SF facility which included:

• 15,000-square-foot office space
• Twenty-bay loading dock servicing the warehouse
• Access to six rail doors

In 2011, an addition was built onto the existing facility, to include:

• 200,000 SF
• Mirror image of the existing facility; matching existing façade
• Twenty (20) new dock locations
• Approximately 5,000 SF of additional office space
• The owners have committed to obtaining LEED Certification for the building addition

Miller-Valentine has designed and built four major projects and several renovations for Verst Group Logistics. The projects comprise of almost one million square feet.
