Miller Valentine Construction announced today that it is now 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.  The transaction closed on June 30, 2026, marking a defining milestone for the nationwide design-builder and opening the next chapter in a company legacy more than 60 years in the making.
