Miller Valentine proudly announces a 60,000 SF improvement project for INEOS, a global leader in petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, and oil products. This project, located in Dublin, OH, will transform a recently completed speculative facility into a state-of-the-art space. The scope includes critical laboratory spaces for research, testing, and quality control, as well as private offices, conference rooms, and dynamic collaborative areas. Construction begins in April, with completion expected in February 2025.
We are excited to partner with JLL as the Owner’s Representative, along with Hasentab Architects and Wright Engineering, to deliver this project successfully. INEOS plays a vital role in manufacturing products that enhance health, safety, and quality of life. Their innovations contribute to medical advancements, food packaging that preserves freshness, smartphone components, insulation, safety glass, construction materials, and textiles that provide warmth and protection.
