As a leader with Miller Valentine and The Gem Real Estate Group, Dave played an instrumental role in the redevelopment and growth of the Dayton region. His work helped transform underutilized properties into thriving business centers, supported the attraction and expansion of companies, and contributed to the management, brokerage, and leasing of millions of square feet of commercial real estate. Projects such as the redevelopment of Governor’s Place and the transformation of the former Gentile Air Force Station into Kettering Business Park stand as lasting examples of his vision and commitment to economic growth.
