We’re excited to announce that construction has commenced on an Office/Warehouse/ Manufacturing/Shipping facility spanning 496,000 square feet for Pratt Industries.  Situated in the Robins Industrial Park, this new facility will produce corrugated boxes using 100 percent recycled containerboard, primarily sourced from Pratt’s Conyers, Georgia mill.

This innovative facility will house 25,000 square feet of office space, 80,000 square feet dedicated to rolled paper storage, and 390,000 square feet for manufacturing.

The Miller Valentine team collaborated with Pratt for four months to pinpoint the ideal location, ultimately selecting the Robins Industrial Park due to its proximity to Interstate 75, consistent site elevation, and well-suited utilities for Pratt’s manufacturing process.

Our valued project partners include Envision Contractors, LLC, Martin Concrete, Tincher’s Welding, A&D Welding, McCoy Grading, O’Hara Roofing, BenCo Construction, CEC Facilities Group, Komery Mechanical Systems, and Century Fire Protection.

The project team, led by Andy McHugh (PM), Ryan Gautschi (PM), Kirk Kiger (Superintendent), Austin Rohrback (Superintendent), and Amy Reid (Project Assistant), is eager to continue our tradition of Building Certainty for Pratt Industries, a long-standing client.

Pratt Industries, headquartered in Atlanta, stands as the fifth-largest corrugated packaging company in the US and the foremost privately owned producer of 100 percent recycled containerboard worldwide.
